Yes. We fly with AFAC-certified pilots, equipment checked before every liftoff and 10+ years of experience. Plus, every passenger has traveler insurance included. We only lift off when conditions are optimal.
What if the weather doesn't allow flying?
Safety comes first. If the weather isn't right, we reschedule your flight at no cost to another available date. And if you can't reschedule, you can cancel free of charge up to 48 h before.
Can children fly?
Children can fly from 5 years old and always accompanied by a responsible adult. For safety, children under 5 and pregnant women cannot fly. If you have questions about your case, message us on WhatsApp.
How long is the flight and what time is it?
The flight lasts between 45 and 60 minutes and takes place at sunrise, when the wind is most stable and the light is perfect for photos. Plan to arrive early to watch the balloons inflate.
